Scott is an associate lawyer practicing in all areas of corporate and commercial law as well as real estate and estate planning. Scott provides guidance to a wide range of clients in all industries on various matters including business structuring and organization, partnership and shareholder agreements, restructuring and reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, financings, leases and other commercial contracts. Scott also assists clients with their business succession planning and their Wills and Powers of Attorney.

Scott obtained his law degree from Western Law. While a law student, Scott won the Torys LLP Negotiation Competition and represented Western Law at the 2018 Canadian National Negotiation Competition. Prior to his legal career, Scott worked as an economist specializing in international transfer pricing.

Scott is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association, and Middlesex Law Association.

Scott lives in West London with his wife and two sons.
