Before launching her own practice, Julia worked for many years at one of Canada’s leading boutique employment law firms, where she developed a deep understanding of the legal complexities that both employees and employers face. Her experience spans a broad range of workplace issues, from wrongful dismissal and workplace harassment to compliance matters and workplace investigations.
