History of Our Firm

We have been serving the community for over 20 years. Our firm was founded in May 1994, when Barry Scott, after 21 years with one of London’s largest law firms, opened his own office. As the firm has grown over the years, it has occupied three different spaces in the Station Park office complex on Pall Mall Street, just to the north of London’s downtown core. It has been at its current premises at 252 Pall Mall Street since February, 1999.

The business model for the firm, from the outset, has been the direct delivery of competent legal services by lawyers and staff working within specific areas of expertise with a minimum of overhead and bureaucracy. This is the business model that the firm’s partners are comfortable with, and which, in their view, permits each of them to provide quality legal services in a personal, efficient, professional and businesslike manner. To the extent that the firm’s clients require services outside of our expertise, we are pleased to assist them in securing those services from qualified professionals, as required, and to co-ordinate the delivery of our services appropriately.
